Before Productbay, image preparation was pure manual work — image by image in Canva. For every product photo, the team had to remove the background and center the product cleanly. Today, ERP data flows automatically into Productbay, gets enriched there and goes to Shopify via a native connection — with no manual copying. Prices and stock come live from the ERP, and beyond pure in-stock items the online team can offer additional products on backorder.
